Registered Land Surveyor with 10+ years’ experience in cadastral, topographical, engineering, and mining surveys. Expert in drone mapping, GNSS, Total Station equipment, and advanced geospatial software. Formerly with the Surveyor-General’s office and founder of B. Banda Land Surveyors.

Courage Mhaka – Land Surveyor

Experienced in engineering and aerial surveys. Leads major projects including Mimosa Dam and tailings. Skilled in drone operations, topographical mapping, and volumetric analysis. Holds a BSc in Surveying & Geoinformatics.

Tawanda Chibukira – Survey Technician

National Diploma holder with field experience across Zimbabwe and Namibia. Skilled in engineering layout, topographical mapping, and cadastral surveys. Member of SIZ and ZIG.

Tinashe C. Bonde – Remote Pilot, Surveyor & GIS Specialist

Licensed drone pilot and GIS expert with vast experience in LiDAR mapping and aerial data processing. Recognized in the Gumiguru 50 Under 30. Leads drone operations and delivers high-accuracy geospatial solutions.

Aenneas Farai Mudzingwa – Land Surveyor

Over 3 years’ experience in engineering and topographic surveys. Strong in QA/QC, CAD processing, and volumetric work. Bachelor’s in Geomatics and Surveying.

Kudzai Bgwirire – Land Surveyor

Geoinformatics graduate from UZ. Skilled in Total Station, GPS, Surpac, and AutoCAD. Experienced in both engineering and cadastral surveys with the City of Harare.

Blessing T. Mujuru – Engineering Survey Technician

Holds a National Diploma in Geomatics. Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Trimble GNSS. Specializes in site setting out, data processing, and construction-level surveys.
