B. BANDA LAND SURVEYORS began operations in August 2024 as a consultancy firm and has been growing steadily since its inception. BBLS specializes in providing professional advice and services in various areas, including, but not limited to, cadastral surveys for title registration, subdivision surveys, topographical surveys, engineering surveys, and mine surveys. Additionally, we offer comprehensive consultancy services. BBLS has the professional capacity to handle any project, regardless of size, and is committed to meeting client specifications while delivering the highest quality of service.

Company Ownership
Bethwel Banda is the owner and leader of B. BANDA LAND SURVEYORS, bringing extensive expertise in land surveying and mapping. He is a registered Land Surveyor with the Council of Land Surveyors and holds a BSc Honours Degree from Midlands State University.
Since 2011, Mr. Banda has gained valuable experience in both government and private sectors, conducting a wide range of surveys, including cadastral and topographical work. He is skilled in operating advanced surveying equipment and has contributed to major projects such as Harare’s geospatial database. Mr. Banda is widely recognized for his accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality. He is also proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Trimble Business Centre.
